....i have listened to this song (rendered by priya sisters) & also "Manasa sancharare" (rendered by Vani jeyaram, janaki etc.,)several times without knowing the meaning of the songs....simply moved by the music alone... now through the english translation i have come to know the meaning of the songs...thanks for that.

I have listened to different renditions of this song but this one is the best.. I think the piano music and the slower tempo makes a big difference.
I believe there is a Darbari kanada version of this song.. what other ragas is this song sung in..
